1.1 Platform Usage Guidelines
Lottomine.io delivers comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions enabling clients to establish and manage custom-branded interactive gaming platforms. Access to our services requires users to meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or the applicable legal age threshold established within their jurisdiction of residence.
1.2 Liability Limitations
LottoMine functions exclusively as a technology infrastructure provider and bears no responsibility for the operational conduct, marketing strategies, user engagement policies, or regulatory compliance status of individual gaming brands utilizing our platform. Each client brand maintains complete and sole liability for all aspects of their business operations, including but not limited to customer relations, promotional activities, and adherence to applicable gaming regulations.
1.3 Cookie Policy & Analytics
The Lottomine.io platform employs cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance site functionality, gather usage analytics, and deliver personalized user experiences. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager (GTM) for website analytics.
Consent-Based Tracking
Upon your first visit, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner. You may choose to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. Your preference is stored locally and respected on subsequent visits.
Cookieless Data Collection (Advanced Consent Mode)
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 in "Advanced" mode. This means that even if you decline consent, limited, anonymized data ("cookieless pings") may still be transmitted to Google for aggregated modeling purposes. This data includes:
- Country/region (derived from IP address, which is then discarded)

This data is used by Google for conversion and behavioral modeling and cannot be used to identify individual users. No cookies are set, and no persistent identifiers are stored when consent is denied.

- Misrepresenting licensing status or regulatory compliance
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative business practices
